Scene Dance Party Makeup Style
Scene Dance Party Makeup Style
Perfect scene style demands not only perfect scene hair, but also true scene makeup!
When it comes to scene dance party makeup, you need to really step it up. You can go as wild and as crazy as you want. You can pull out your glow-in-the-dark war paint and just go for it!

Bright colors are a must. Choose your favorite colors and make sure they go with your outfit. Go as bright as you want—no one is going to say anything at a dance party.\
Next, make sure that you have eye primer and face primer. These things are essential to keeping your makeup from running halfway down your face while you’re dancing. And let’s face it—do we really want to look like a monstrous blob when the lights come back on? These items can be a little bit pricey, but they are definitely worth it.
Next, do not use heavy foundation. This is not a good idea and can give you the appearance of your face melting. Not attractive. Make sure to wash your face, apply face primer and use a bit of powder to help keep your face matte. Don’t worry about covering your imperfections with concealer—it’s going to be dark anyways, most likely. And if it isn’t, at least you won’t look as if your face is dripping down onto the dance floor.
Choose long-lasting makeup. This means that if you can find waterproof, use it. It might be a pain to get off later, but the result is much better than the previous result. Simply, just use waterproof wherever you can.
Omit lip color or line your lips and THEN apply color. If you line your lips, fill them in completely so that you don’t have a weird line around them once your lip color wears away.
